Ya Manish, I understand that such kind of people can be real funny, but the managers above them are even stupider. They normally prefer slick and crazy people as I just defined them for promotions when none of the others are really performing well. It happens in many offices. Imagine placing you rown shelves and then packing them up before you leave:)
