Atul, when I saw the Don Corleone picture, I immediately wanted to read the post. Must have read God Father the novel over 10 times and seen the movie whenever I got the chance.. I mean, no better classic than this one.
I want that poster.

The Godfather is a phenomenon whether you see the movie or read the book. Honestly speaking, I never knew who Marlon Brando was until I saw this movie. His phenomenal performance in a style that only he could have delivered makes me watch him over and over again. Al Pacino has been my long time favorite and it was that movie which made me known who the man was. He is fabulous in whatever he does.

The movie is outstanding for acting by these heavy-weights and the direction, the music and the story.
Its very rare to see movies made as good as the novel they are based on.
You know the funny thing is there are lots of management ideas you can learn from the book!
